3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

• Has shown genuine interest in your product or service
• Meets your specified demographic and firmographic criteria
• Has provided accurate contact information
• Has engaged with our marketing campaigns

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate targeting criteria and requirements
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Providing feedback on lead quality when requested

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cryptoglyph's liability is limited to the cost of the leads provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Refund Policy

We offer refunds or lead replacements for leads that do not meet our quality standards. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of lead delivery with supporting documentation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Abilene, Texas.
